Nice and hot in Milan

Any ideas on where to drink? Is the area around the ground ok? Or best to stay in the City centre tourist spots until an hour before kick off?

Late night Milan

Post by Block 18 row 2 »

Does anyone know how late bars and stuff stay open in Milan? I've got a room booked for the night after the game but I'm getting a shuttle bus to the airport (an hour from Milan) at 4am so was thinking I might save myself some money and not bother with going to the hostel I've booked for all of about 3 hours sleep.

Any ideas? Anyone else in a similar situation?

cheers

Word of warning, there seams to be fuck all around the san siro.

I went there in september. I forgot to withdrawn any money out and couldn't find a cash point anywhere within a 25 min walking distance of the stadium. It seams to be in a very residential area. It may just of been the way i went to it but there really want any bars, food places. sweet fa.

BIG TIP!!!!!
Buy a seat cusion. They are only 5 euros but they are definatly worth it. In case you dont know the san siro dosen't have proper seats, just plastic bits for your arse, they dont have back rests.

Bars in city centre are the best in my opinion MK i think but give yourself more than an hour to get to the ground the metro gets packed in the rush hour
