Well from what I've gathered we couldn't sell the upper tier (70-75) so had to give the tickets back (1500 tickets according to Borussia) and we'll only fill the lower tier!_James_ wrote:So we only have blocks 8, 60 and 61. I was wondering about blocks 70-75 as the info Arsenal sent said they were ours but I never saw a price on Arsenal.com. I guess Dortmund have sold them though.
We didn't even sell out those block as there are some left from the box office on Saturday.
greetings from Dortmund
first of all sorry for my limited english but i use it only at rare occasions.
We fans of Borussia Dortmund are very enthusiastic about being back in the CL after nine years of absence and a very hard time in between, competitive as well as financially.
The atmosphere during the game will be thrilling although our famous south terrace is not allowed to be standing terrace for intl matches which reduces the capacity of the southstand by appr 12,000 places and the overall capacity to 66,000 from 80,720 (i can calculate, smaller standing area on north has to be converted as well)
For all of you who intend to visit Dortmund for the game I recommend the guest guide of our fanzine schwatzgelb.com for further information

black and yellow greetings to you

Our fans are pissed off with the clubs obsession with a top for finish and champions league qualification and crap players. See you in Dortmund anyway

Limited? Many members on here are far worse in writing English than you!borussia wrote:first of all sorry for my limited english but i use it only at rare occasions.
Wait, now I know why. Are you Jens Lehmann?black and yellow greetings to you
Jens

By the way, I just received my tickets!

If you accept a 40 million bid for Mario Götze next summer, then maybe we can talk about that.borussia wrote:hehe, i would like to be in such a good shape as Jens Lehmann is but the beer is too good over here...
I wish all the Gooners who travel to Dortmund a lot of fun and a great time in this football-mad city but I hope you are friendly guests and leave the 3 points in Dortmund

no deal with Mario, we want to keep this guy in Dortmund as long as possible.
I dont want to bore you with Borussia Dortmund stuff as this is a Gooners forum but for those of you who want to get a feeling about what this club means to the people over here I recommend to spent 15 minutes to watch this video. Its even with english subtitles.
As I dont know whether it is allowed to link in this forum, just add /watch?v=6FqoS5P9GNY to a wellknown video platform starting with y and ending with tube

I would just like to say, I think Dortmund are gonna absolutely smash Arsenal to pieces on Tuesday. Seriously. That Dortmund team is sick. You look right across the team and it's just class from Goetze to Kigawa, to Subotic keeping it tight at the back. They're a quality counter-attacking side, they play great football and have an excellent young manager.
I said this in another thread but I honestly think if we cannot get Guardiola to replace the fuckwit in charge now, I would take Jurgen Klopp as my next choice. Top manager, unlike Wenger he actually DOES use a REAL Youth policy. He built a title-winning team in less than half the time Wenger has spent fucking around and in terms of wages he pays way, way less than Wenger. Dortmund's highest earner doesn't come near to earning what Song and Diaby earn every week.
But when Arsenal travel to face them, there will be a gulf and massive world of difference between the two sides despite Arsenal paying their players significantly more!!! The prospect of Goetze running at Koscielny and Mertesacker doesn't even bare thinking about....
Genuinely think this could be another serious tonking.
