Arsenal Stewards

Post by SurreyGooner »

3 people next to me got in block 24 today got kicked out just for standing, even though we were a couple of rows from the back and those behind us wanted to stand too. I was lucky not to get kicked out myself, I spoke to a steward mate of mine and he said the stewards should have just left it if everyone there wanted to stand. Of course our support is gonna be shite if we can't even stand up at games :banghead:

It must have been SammyDroppedHisShorts

In honesty though, some stewards are certainly better than others - in my opinion.

Shame those stewards felt the need to eject fans for standing but I'm not entirely shocked :(

Was right at the back of 117 (needed a fucking telescope to see the pitch) nobody behind me and Chippy Jnr but we were still asked to sit down. She was v nice about it but made it quite clear if we didn't comply she would up the ante.

Unfortunately as we were the only people up there with pulses we sort of stood out, so only stood for about half the game.

I pointed out that the Swansea fans stood throughout the entire game. she said the club would be fined for that. Sounds bollocks to me.

Sad times.

Wish I had been chucked out to be honest. Another soul less afternoon in the concrete bowl. I think my usual 15-16 game attendance will be 5-6 the way things are going...

What's the big fucking deal??

If you wanna stand, come down to 6 and I'll happily squeeze up for another singing Gooner.

Seriously
