As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not bad that! Theo has been rubbish and then picks a peach and a great finish from RVP

Tell you what that pass from Theo was a peach. Didn't know he had that in his locker.

After a few seasons of dominating possession, creating chances and still not scoring I quite like to watch us on the back foot and nicking one.

Good finish rvp.... and good effort to intercept the ball in the first place
I was certain Theo would stuff that pass, glad he proved me wrong.
Gerv isn't looking too effective on the left wing... he keeps running straight into players...

I quite like Bennayoun. He seems bright.
Gibbs looks good forward but shit at the back. Gerv runs into walls but still he's bright.
Song/Kos scare the shit out of me.

we gave away far too much ball . we hung in and got a break so just hoping nothing silly gets gave away in the second half.

This confirms what Ithought pre-season. Gibbs is no-where near the standard to hold down the left back spot for a season.
Arteta needs to drop deeper to pick up the ball from PM4 and LK6, they've got zero options and Gibbs doesn't want it at all.
RVP. What a beast.

They do seem to have 4 players on him though.
All set up to him them on the counter second half.
