the vast majority of the wenger superhaters write a lot of bullshit imo. it has become a fight over who hates the manager more, and who moans and complains more frequently. it's very boring and i rarely comment on those threads. people exaggerate things and very often contradicts themselves.
however, donaldo, teecee and augie are examples of guys saying good reasonable stuff about our manager's failings and their posts are usually good.

I love Arsene. I am sick of the stick you people give him. Remember that before he arrived at Arsenal we were playing in the 2nd division and no one had ever heard of us. That was until he discovered the rough diamonds that he brought form obscurity! Who knew Henry, Pires and Vieira then? Who had ever heard of Gilberto Silva?
You also need to remember the massive part he played in revolutionising English football. The way he changed the diets was incredible. He did things no one had ever seen before. Examples of this were telling Tony Adams to stop snorting charlie before games and banning excessive drinking the night before games. He also managed to convince players to eat more vegetables and eat less fish n chips! WOW! Other amazing things included telling players to drink water.
I am sick of hearing people criticise him - who else would you replace him with then? Arsene is like a modern day Nelson Mandela. He is fighting the good fight against the excesses of football and the corruptible elements. Look at all the sickening salaries, I mean ffs some guys win nothing for years and are still picking up £3 million a year in salaries! Arsene on the other hand wants the greed in football to end.

Who was the person responsible for forcing Arsene to overlook defensive coaching? Who made Wenger sack Keown after he started getting plaudits for his impact on Arsenal's defending in the CL? Who forced Pat Rice to stay on one more year and postpone retirement?

There are many examples of what happens when clubs start sacking managers. Fans are too knee-jerk and Arsene needs to be given time. He has a ten year plan and needs to be given the time to complete it. We are currently in only year seven of his ten year plan.
Barcelona sacked Rijkaard even though he had won them everything and replaced him with someone with no managerial experience at the top level. Do you see what happened to Barca after that then?
How about Chelsea? Sacking Mourinho? What did the two guys after him ever do then? What did Hiddink and Aneclotti ever achieve?
AC Milan sacked Leonardo over a year ago though he was doing a good job. What did AC Milan win last season then? Tell me?

Why do people think spending big in the transfer market would achieve anything? Do you want to end up with mercenaries that win things like Rooney at MU and Essien at Chelsea???
I would rather end up with loyal players like Vela, Bendtner, Almunia, Diaby and Song. You just know that no matter what these players will stick by Arsene through thick and thin.
