Usmanov Shares Question?

Not sure about this can anyone help?

I know that once you have 30% stake you are entitled to make a formal bid for the club. But are share holders forced to sell?

e.g. if I have one single share and a takeover is taking place can I be forced to sell my share?

You do not have to sell in such instance.

They do have to offer you the same or higher price for your share.

I think only at 97% do you have to sell, but I am not certain on that.
