Having just seen the injury news I have to admit to being a little less confident about Sunday. With Koscielny, Vermaelen, Djoruou, Squilachi all looking like they are missing it is likely that Song will have to fill in again in central defence, with Frimpong hanging onto the defensive midfield role.
with that makeshift defence we will admittedly conceed goals. Maybe a 2-2 is the best we can get from Sunday, move forward and hope to get some players back after the international break. I don't think Gervinho will be risked either, so Arshavin will again play on the left

Without Djoruou and Squilachi we'll actually concede less goals!

lumping on the scum to score 4 or more.
song at centre-half? he can't run back to midfield after taking up his centre-forward role, how's he gonna cope with the extra distance
looks like I'm won't be going to this one now, pulled muscle in my leg this morning (while I was asleep) and I am literally legless - great timing
and before you ask, no, I wasn't near the arse medics

If I win.....err, I'll buy myself one. My attempt is:
"You could see in the second half, that Tottenham had been able to rest their players in midweek...."
Sounds like you are "two, maybe three, weeks away"M-50 wrote:lumping on the scum to score 4 or more.
