This signing seems like the shitty marketing one everyone was predicting. Either the guy plays RIGHT NOW, when Chamakh is playing like piss or he shouldnt have been signed.

i don't think he was only bought for marketing reasons, he's supposed to be a decent striker. and it's not like we have dennis, thierry and wrighty in the squad heh? don't forget that when rvp takes his usual 4 months out this season we'll have that guy and chamakh as our only real centre forwards

Still got a game so its not like he's not had one, I didn't think much off him, maybe he's been signed for emergencies, Bendtner has gone who was possibly 3rd choice, maybe Park is just filling his place and will only get a minimal amount of time.

No way he was brought for marketing. We're not even using him. That'd piss more people off who stayed up half the night/got up super early to watch him not even get off the bench.
Gotta be an African Cup thing and he's going to be used extensively from January onwards so I'd expect to start seeing more of him late November to early December.
