Dirty, Snide *word censored* at the lane

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Some of us work/are looking to work in professions where its very important not to get a criminal record
Having been through more than a year of anxiety due to my son helping out a mate getting his head kicked by some Brentford fans I can assure you that the prosecution will expect you to run away or call the OB.

My faith in the justice system is somewhat diminished. Have a read of the law on affray. It's a joke.

Football related violence is not tolerated compared with a "standard" punch up and custodial sentences are dished out like smarties.

I know it's not pc to say this these days but I just wish that one day, a few hundred of the original Gooners from the 80s would come out of retirement, turn up either at our place or theirs and just give some of these scummy twats a fucking good kicking. Every year it's the same, picking on families and scarfers. Absolute wankers

Thats terrible. To be honest, its easy to sit here and say i would run away. If it was just handbags and a couple of slaps i would almost certainly not get involved but if it was someone getting their head kicked in, especially one of my mates im not sure i could sit by and do nothing.

Dont take offence to their actions down at the swamp, its just due to a complete lack of education that this is their mating ritual.
