I'm off to the South African pub, for opening at 4.45. Involves walking through the local estate at half 4 in the morning. May well be interesting! :?

I don't mind it. Many seem to dislike it. It's far better than the Aussie accent though!

This WC is making me lose all my weekend sleep, but it was well worth pulling an all nighter to watch wales beat ireland. Can't say I've seen the whole eng v fra match, slept. Wales probably won't win it but the final is reachable.

For today I just hope the argentinians don't get hammered by nz.

CYMRU!

Hard to see New Zealand not winning it all this year. Not that I really know much/anything about rugby, but they look confident and don't seem to have a lot of weaknesses.

Quite pleased that Argentina made NZ struggle this morning they won't take the Wallabies for granted in the semi now. France should do the decent thing and withdraw so it can be a Wales V All Blacks final.

that would be nice.

Watch France losing anything on TV5 is enjoyable by itself, the tv people get all desperate and suicidal while broadcasting, it's just brilliant stuff to watch

Hahah I'm just glad we have a better rugby team than the USA. All our best athletes play hockey. We do have some tough sonsofbitches that would be stellar rugby players if they were developed from a young age, but in this country all roads lead to hockey - hence why we will never be a serious contender in any other significant team sports.
