Marseille away - Match and Travel Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Uh Oh This doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. I'd rather Le Coque. I mean ... You now what I mean.

Yeah I'm a big fan...I've got a lot of time for him because he's trying to make things happen.
I fair prefer the likes of Jenks to Feeo Feeo Walnutt.

Its strange because I used to love Walcott a few years ago. He has regressed and become a mouthy so and so.

Can't we bring on a sponge to replace Arshavin? Would be an improvement!

.I really want us to have a re-think as we're not making the most of the players we have.....we all know we're not as strong as last season, but to not play a system that gets the most out of the players you do have, is just infuriating.
Too right. It's funny how we can all see it and we haven't even worked half a day in football.

Gervinho has done well since coming on. Kos and Mertesacker have played well too.

RVP looks isolated in this system as usual.

Our crossing has been dismal tonight (as usual). A very dull performance against a really poor Marseille side.

+1 Spot on. The commentator just said this Marseille side were there for the taking and I agree. They've offered nothing going forward, they're not great defensively, we just haven't created anything.
