Betty Driver died today aged 91.She was betty in coronation street who was famous for her hotpots in the rovers returns .

yeah very sad to hear this news, seemed like a real nice lady who had a lot of time for everyone

and she was always on my telly, when i was growing up as a kid - feels like losing my nan

She did a lot for the troops during WW2,as well as being a "Coronation Street actress."
Let's also hope that the "Hotpot" recipe has been handed on!!!
