If Wenger does get 4th place...

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If Wenger secures 4th place should he stay or go?

That fucking league is winnable with the right tactics and the right players.

All without bankrupting the club.

I think some of you are getting too caught up in this "will he/should he stay" thing.....

Many have accused AKB's of being first and foremost supporters of Arsene over Arsenal. "The club was here before he came you know...."!

Well, that works both ways! Some of the people on here seem to think that being a gooner is more about being anti-Wenger than being a supporter of Arsenal....

Don't spend money on going to a game by all means (and there are a lot who are following that path at the moment) but I can't really understand how some of you could be seemingly disappointed with us winning against Sunderland or winning in Marseille.

I think some of you have such anti-feelings towards Wenger now that even if we won the Prem or Champions league you would still be disappointed because of who was in charge!

June 2014, well that's sorted. Plenty of time for black scarves and banners,
plenty of Saturdays down the local staring at the tube, counting the days.

4th Place is like Groundhog day

Unless there is a dramatic turnaround in the way we play like;

1. Practicing defending Free Kicks
2. Practicing taking Free Kicks ,Corners.
3. Adapting a playing style to combat or adapt to specific opposition or in the case of injuries or suspensions to the squad.
4. Instilling some Gumption in to those who play for us .
5. Getting the Management to sign the quality of player that we want and need so desperately.

Or

He lands a minimum of the FA Cup

The for me it's over

Im not holding my breath on either !

You do realise that even Man Utd will struggle to get anything more than the FA Cup this season

Getting 4th with this squad would be an achievement, but not a reason to continue with the people that left us with this squad in the first place.

Whatwill 'save him' is if he were to win something and also finish 4th. If we are in the top 4 and have just won the FA Cup the fans will be more accepting.
