I dont know if everyone is voting palace because they fancy a trip to selhurst but imo blackburn would be the easier tie. There is very little, if any, difference in quality between shit PL sides and in-form championship ones, if anything i would fear the championship side high in confidence.
Blackburn at home please

Palace away please.
It will remind me of a simpler time, when we used to go there twice a year with Wimbledon as well, and then invariably draw either team again in either cup.
I remember one season, we played at Selhurst six times!
Horrible ground, hard to get to, but I would like another trip.
Selhurst Park was the first place I ever paid £20 to watch a match. I was scandalised.

I voted Palace.
I'd like a home draw whoever because our kiddies don't tend to be as good away and I would like us to progress. If it's away I wouldn't mind Chelsea as there is half a chance of getting a ticket for that one.
We stand a chance of a win if we get Palace or Cardiff or Blackburn (home only). Any other draw and I think we'll struggle if the yoof policy is maintained. Maybe Man U at home could be winnable if Ferguson also maintains his yoof policy for the CC. Liverpool would come with a full strength team (no Euro footy for them) and Man City's second string is probably better than our first team so they'd definitely do our kiddies at the Grove. Chelsea seem to be taking it seriously as well so them at home would be a tough nut to crack.
