Mate if you are a shareholder and regularly attend these things can you tell me if anybody has actually checked out the legality of having to submit their questions in advance or the rights of the club to veto questions of a person that actually owns part of the company ? I just cannot accept that this practice is legal and if it is legal I cannot comprehend how
