Couldn't have put it any better myself. We'll be shown up tomorrow for the ordinary team we are. The banner should've been shown when the opportunity was there but it will certainly come out soon as you say when the wheels fall off, again.flash gunner wrote:Red member things have improved since our appalling and embarrassing start to this season and for that reason i think (as someone said earlier) the window of opportunity has gone for the time being for the banner but and its a big BUT anyone with half a fucking brain can see we have had an easy run of fixtures and a fair slice of luck.
I have no say over the banner but i have no doubt it will be shown at some time this season probably when the wheels fall off again when we come under pressure of any kind or play a few decent teams

You really are a *word censored*.Red Member wrote:I hope everyone is lumping on a Chelsea win tomorrow then.
I am still counting my winnings from when United beat us.
I know people will slate me for betting against the team I support but when it comes to betting you can allow no sentiment if you actually want to make money.

We haven’t lost any opportunity to show this banner. We went through one of the worst ever periods and its been masked by wins against Sunderland and alike.
The fact remains nothing much has changed, we are still a very ordinary team with an awful formation and defence. With all the brain washed sheep around imagine what would of happened if we would unveiled this banner at Stoke or Sunderland….?
Im a realist and I am under no illusions that all is rosy, that being said I am fully behind supporting the team while were on this run. This banner generated a media storm and when we start loosing games (and this will happen soon) the media and the followers we have generated will look to us to act.
Nothing will be planned, but I guarantee this banner will be shown. Its about timing.
The sheep that we get at games now is a joke. Knee jerk reactions to hating wenger, following the crowd to then loving wenger after we beat Shrewsbury and Bolton. These fans need to be silenced before we show any banner.
As an example our very own AA23 on here was a key member of Arsenal fc not plc that had supported this through and through. Now he has declared himself out of the group and a big wenger fan .
Unlike many others this group isn’t a knew jerk reaction its been building up for 6 years and most of us have had the same opinion for years. We have waited this long to get our point across we can wait abit longer.

Im sorry that statement has now confirmed it for me 100% that you are a bona fid-e Wum, troll spambot type person. I was sort of giving you the benefit of the doubt until now, but that statement just took the biscuit.Red Member wrote:I hope everyone is lumping on a Chelsea win tomorrow then.

I and those in betting circles know its the cardinal rule that you never bet on your own team, and you certainly never ever back em to lose.
Even if I ever wanted to place a bet on arsenal losing, when I got up to the counter I would have a word with myself and tear up the slip
muppet.

He has some new mates that all think the group is bad and the banner is bad. So now he is out the group and wants to support wenger againflash gunner wrote:Shouldnt he be in afc not plc even more so then?mikeyb772001 wrote:100% serious! Sheep lol

On the contrary - the supporters at Old Trafford continued to sing their praises of Wenger and displayed the "No-one had heard of Cesc and Nasri" type banners.franksav63 wrote:If we're being raped in the arse Man U style then I can guarantee it!!!Red Member wrote:So then Frank will the banner be shown tomorrow?
of course Steveo also makes the more important point that until ST holders don't renew nothing will change anyway.
maybe Kroneke should have finished his speech yesterday by saying "thanks guys for all your generous donations over the summer"
The Wenger Out percentage is still a minority. Unbelievable but true

A point that Mikey has attempted to explain but few others that gladly renew their STs every year and waste £50 on the latest horrible away kit that Nike churn out.Red Member wrote:So then Frank will the banner be shown tomorrow?

Now is that because
a) the majority of STs are actually more like you than Mikey i.e. they are in the AKB brigade, or:
b) they want Wenger and the board out but giving up their season ticket is a bridge too far
I don't fit into either camp which is why I'm happy with just having a Silver lite membership which means in real terms that the club gets fuck all from me whilst its still being run for the pockets of Kroenke. In all my time of holding a silver membership only once did I fail to get a ticket for a match I wanted to attend - that one match being the CL semi 2nd leg at home to the Mancs (and thank god for that).....so if the club reverts to being a football club anytime soon I can go back to paying my way.

People are entitled to change their opinion and i commend AA23 on having the balls to do so if thats how he felt.Dont think its fair really that you criticise for that.mikeyb772001 wrote:We haven’t lost any opportunity to show this banner. In my opinion if you really want Wenger gone, then why arent you displaying the banner now.Waiting for us to hit a bad run of form is a bit fickle!
