The Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

the only sheep who support Arsenal are those season ticket holders that moan.
you should be proud that Kroenke realised there were lots of you and invested in the club.

I really hope that banner dont get unfurled tomorrow at Chelsea, we always create an immense atomsphere there at the Bridge, would cause tension between our fans and distract from the much needed support our team will need.

Please, not in a London Derby after winning 7 of our last 8 games

In all my time of holding a silver membership only once did I fail to get a ticket for a match I wanted to attend - that one match being the CL semi 2nd leg at home to the Mancs (and thank god for that).....so if the club reverts to being a football club anytime soon I can go back to paying my way.
I got one SteveO - if I could invent a time machine, I'd sell it to you!! I was right behind the Manc supporters which made getting thrashed so much more enjoyable! That was probably the worst night of my Arsenal supporting life.

But hey - being totally shit every spring, when the pressure games come around doesn't matter any more. We've won 7 out of 8 therefore all those end of season collapses don't count!!

GET THAT F**KING BANNER OUT!!!!

I feel it shoulda been shown when the media storm was created. This woulda gave maximum effect.

The banner expresses that we want wenger out. i think the time to show it is now because we want him gone now. If not i dont understand, when will 'the right time' be?

I do feel its not the way to go only showing it if we are losing a game or on a run of bad results then hiding it if we do reasonably well.

Having said that its great that things are moving now after years of frustation and i for one am very grateful for the attention you guys have brought already. :barscarf:

So his opinions are any more valid than ours just because he writes a rambling, incoherent two pages of drivel once a month?

What did he say? I bought the mag, but I don't read Mickey Cannon or match reports.

I read the Mickey Cannon stuff, he came over as a right Super-Fan.

His basic point appeared to be that his opinion is more important than anyone elses. He should come on here and argue his points if he has so much faith in them in my opinion rather than sniping away from a fanzine.
