I think he has always been decent and shown potential. The problem is there is no organisation in the defence and that is down to the manager.

Yea he does seem very inconsistent. A great display followed be a fucking mare but I agree this can probably be put down to Wengers lack of defensive training.

Probably have a great defence using the same players but under a different manager. :roll:

I fucking love this guy, his block yesterday towards the end of the game was HEROIC, reads the game so so well, very good aerially and he is getting stronger and stronger.. if he keeps improving at this rate we are going to have one hell of a player on our hands

He looks good against quick, technical forwards but a bit lightweight against the physical ones.

But he is also getting better physically.

I backed him before the season started to have a real breakthrough year, lets hope he can keep it up
