The striker situation at Arsenal is farcical, beyond RVP and then it's Chakrap and Park Life. That's unacceptable.
What I would give for a Wiltord as back up right now ffs....
Make no mistake, despite the great result against Chelsea, this Arsenal side is a shadow of it's former self. Not a bad starting XI, but anything beyond that is woeful. Players like Rosicky aren't fit to wear the shirt. Park and Chamakh as our backup strikers are frightening because make no mistake, we won't score any goals with those two upfront.
Marseille aren't a bad side, but neither are they a particularly good side and they've pretty much dominated posession at our place. We'll face a lot tougher than these if we're to progress in the CL.
Wow. Judging by the post-Chelski reaction I was expecting to see a brilliant free-flowing destructive attacking machine.
Instead, I am watching a slow, mediocre Arsenal side struggling badly to put away Marseille. That would be Marseille who are sitting in 9th in the French league. Shocking....That Chelski result hides nothing, this is a deeply average Arsenal side, even if we scrape this 1-0.
