I think it is just down to the sheer volume of traffic on the site. This is the last home game of the season and with the possiblity, albeit as very small one of a trophy being handed out, demand is obviously very high. Keep trying and good luck 8)

Edit: Whilst typing this post I finally got into the ticket hub 8)

Yes Wayno is right, volume of traffic and nightmare ticketmaster system. I got in eventually and got my tickets, although as usual gained another grey hair doing so!
Hope you got your ticket sorted mate.

Safe to assume that us red members won't be getting a look in then!
No doubt all the two game a year, glory hunting type of silver member will be going, just in case  :x :x

the box office is a joke to be honest. posted this on the arsenal forum earlier.

have them "updates" for the online box office made it worse!?

Not only did i log in at half past and it sends me back to the back of the queue to wait half an hour to get back on but it also tells me it cant give me more than 2 tickets together in a block that is green!

Then on top of this I go on a block which is orange and there isnt two seats together which is fair enough so i select one from that block then go back and select another and get two seats next to each other! despite it telling me about 10 seconds before it couldnt give me 2 tickets together.

Its about time Arsenal sorted this system out. Its been out for a while now and its becoming beyond a joke.

logged on bout 9.20 got through very quickly around 9.35 and still couldnt get two tickets together in the lower tier...in fact have only ever managed getting tickets in the lower tier twice

their should be a seat layout instead of jus blocks and then u can see exactly whats available.

They've done a comprehesive seat layout for those tickets available to red members:- I pasted it into this post, look below:-

FUCK ALL SEATS LEFT[/b]

yeah the seat layout would be a good idea. i remember booking some cinema tickets online some time last year for the odeon at leicester square and they had a seat layout, telling you which ones are free and which are sold out. this would at least make it fair for people to pick which row they are in rather than just being given it. although its a lot easier to implement for a cinema than a football ground though.

Contact the club and make that suggestion. It certainly is a good one and would make Arsenal fans as well as their lives, a little bit easier.

yeah I got on eventually at about half 10!!

Got my tickets in the 4th row, which is the closest to the pitch that I've sat.
