Sunderland's sponsor is so apt for Nik.......... a complete lottery!
No its not, the club were actually quite annoyed that they had that sponsor once Bendtner signed. Next year Bendy probably wont be at the club anymore, but the club still want to rectify the mistake of this seasons sponsor, so next year we'll be getting one much more worthy of being worn on a top sported by Nicklas Bendtner, in recognition of his efforts this season

Just saw this comment (yes, I am sad enough to go back and read through me Bendtner thread every so often!). TBH if it was the MotD highlights they showed fuck all of our game, but yes, he wasnt great. He had some nice touches and he certainly put the effort in again but he never really threatened them and never looked likely to get in behind. He didnt do anything wrong, but I did only give him a Bendtner Rating for the Match of 6/10, which is the lowest he's had. That being said, we cant expect him to be our best player week in week out, he had a slight off day last week but it wasnt as if he cost us points, and I'm sure he'll be back to his best tomorrow (not that it will help us much at Old Trafford) and then he'll be able to destroy Fulham and Wigan who both visit the SoL later this month
Man Utd: Lindegaard, Jones, Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic (C), Nani, Park, Fletcher, Rooney, Welbeck, Hernandez.
Subs: J Evans, Berbatov, Carrick, Fabio, Valencia, Diouf, De Gea.
Aye, mint- Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic, Nani, Rooney, Hernandez with fucking Berbatov on the bench. Why are we even fucking turning up, what a load of shit, we're going to get fucked (and Welbeck will score, I'll still love him though). Ah fuck them, get into the *word censored*
ah well fuck these, man united are fucking shite- a goal from a fucking corner after the ref giving them everything. You'll finish ahead of these fucking jokers. By the way Bendy has fucking ruined Ferdinand and had a decent shot turned around for a corner, these are fuck all, couldnt care if they go on to win 4-0 which they wont with no individual brilliance, a petulant little *word censored* like rooney, a primadona like nani, theyre fucking fuck all fuck them. Ferguson is class, Welbecls a class lad, but these are fucking poor
Well, Bendy couldnt have done any more than he did. I honestly doubt that he couldnt give a fuck for you lot but tries his fucking arse off for us, I think hes a fucking hard working footballer who was either badly used (left wing) or who was unfairly judged following newspaper shite. We lost 1-0 but I am proud as fuck of every single player that represented us, Ferguson knows he was fucking, fucking lucky to win that. Bendtner wasnt exactly all over them, we didnt have enough of the ball for that, but he worked his fucking cock off, he linked play well, he worried their defence and, well, he was part of a team I was proud as fuck of. I hope we just give you £20m and take the lad at the end of the season because no bullshit at all, he's worth every penny. Hard working, talented, great first touch, the boy is a fucking star- I'd be honoured if we signed him, although I think he'll go to bigger and better sides at which time I'd welcome him back to our stadium with a standing ovation any time he appears. Fucking class lad

Definitely can't knock him for effort, not sure what he's doing up there when we've only really got one decent in form striker at the minute.
Larssons' the better player out of the two though no?
No hope. Larsson is a good deliverer of a set piece and thats it. He isnt inventive, he's slow, he cant beat a man- basically he is in our side because we might, if lucky, get a free kick he can hit, he certainly wont make a chance by beating his man and crossing it in. I dont mind Seb, he is actually our player and he can win us points with his set pieces but in terms of being a footballer, he's nowhere near Nicklas Bendtner. If we had someone with some skill on the wing who could cross, I'd have Seb as a back up, but it would take a lot for us to have 2 strikers worth keeping Bendtner out of the side. The gooners might (in the main) not recognise it, but hes a class or two above the likes of Larsson (and Chamakh!)

He definitely lacks pace but whenever I've seen him in the last few years he seems to put in a shift, good passer of the ball, good first touch and technically seems a good player.
You've seen a lot more of him than me though so I'll take your word for it.
I like Bendtner, like you say was nearly always played out of position at Arsenal. Having said that he has had a few chances up top with other players out through injury etc. and didn't ever really do enough.
carl jenkinson is a great crosser of the ball, did some great deliveries today. santos isn't bad either, if we had a guy like nic on the side today he would've made better use of those crosses.
if he was in our side now, he'd be our second best striker, no doubts about it.
Well, last night Denmark's best ever striker was back to doing what he does best, showing up every other Dane to ever play upfront. Here he is scoring in their game against the Swedes. Poor defending, but a good take and finish
