Eboue abuse

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Eboue abuse

Post by RioGooner »

Don't know if this belongs up here since he's not an arsenal player anymore, but i felt absolutely disgusted to see Eboue getting racially abused today youtu.be/OxA1z2PYrGk

Utter c-nts, those Terrys at the standings.

EDIT - http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... xA1z2PYrGk a proper link.

I'd like to see this incident in the context of the full game, preferably without some lift music over the top. Players being bombarded with missiles at throws/corners is pretty much commonplace in Turkey, particularly in derby games & I've seen incidents much worse than this where riot police have had to shield the player from seats & bottles being thrown. In fact Eboue gets a few looks there that suggest he shouldn't really be surprised & should probably just get on with it.

If he was the only player to be pelted or there were monkey chants & bananas, then fair enough its clearly a racial incident. I'm not condoning it, but its hard to draw an accurate conclusion from that vid.

As I read just the black players from galatasaray got that kind of abuse.

NO TO RACISM AND NO TO GALATASARY !

Post by Herd »

I'm sorry but if you agree to go to Turkey you know that you will be abused especially if you are Black,I'm not condoning it but everybody knows it happens in Turkey so he can't claim he didn't .

Frankly playing for galatasary makes him fair game in my opinion I hate this club more than tottenham so fuck him and fuck them, shame it wasn't a grenade or 10 .

He also showed as he frequently did at Arsenal that he has No Bottle whatsoever cowering behind others ,none of whom seemed affected by the storm and making the most of a few coins and a plastic water bottle.

Seriously ? Santos is a left back. Djouru is a centre back (and I use that phrase loosely). Jenkinson is a rookie but one who will give his all for the team and not fanny about cheating and diving all over the fcuking place :x

It's OK, apparently they all shook hands after the game anyway. Problem solved.
