Doesn't anybody feel gutted on here!

Why should we have to put up with second rate shit teams put out by the *word censored* manager? We have to watch this shit! It doesn't matter to him, but we are the ones that have to suffer the humilation from it!

Tough away European fixture, with nothing to lose for us and everything to gain for the Greeks. We fielded an inexperienced team filled with youth, players who never play regularly and fringe players nobody expects anything out of. Take the fact that all of these mishmashed players never play together either, versus Olympiakos' strongest regular team.
I mean even a draw was gonna be tough. Let Olympiakos have this one and worry about the games to come.

For the record I am gutted also- it didnt mean anything in terms of qualification but I was angered not really by the young players who acquitted themselves well but by the so called senior players who put in a performance so bad that Dave have already contacted the club for broadcasting rights.delgooner wrote:Oh so thats alright then, to have the piss taken out of you down the pub by the two fucking clowns in goal tonight!
Chamakh- I have ran out of words for this guy
Arshavin- see Chamakh
Djourou and Squillachi with the Keystone cops style defending and dont even get me started on the goalkeepers...
Even the strength of an Ox could not save us tonight

bit gutted by the performance
feel even though the game was dead was a chance for a few players to prove people wrong:
Chamakh just doesn't look a footballer any more (and his diving was embarrassing)
if we can get any money at all we have to take it first chance
surely Sanchez Watt or Benik Afobe are better ffs
gutted by Arshavin's performance - was really pleased when we signed him
he looked like he was just playing out time till his move
the Ox and Miyachi must be able to take his backup spot
Squillaci had probably his best game v Citeh, was back to his shambolic panic inducing best tonight. Must get rid. Djourou was rubbish but I still put him miles ahead of Toto. Ignasi Miquel is miles better.
at CB I think we are OK
1 Verm, 2 Kos 3 Mertesacker 4 Djourou 5 Miquel 6 Song
if worst came to worst and we suffered a long term injury I wonder if we could possibly even recall Bartley
Mannone just looks like he will never be good enough, even in his one good game at the Cottage nothing sticks to him. Poor Flappy is cursed, just so unlucky. Shea or that double barrelled kid in the ressies can be 3rd backup.
So let's flog all of those ASAP whilst they retain some value:
sell Chamakh, sell Arshavin, sell Squillaci, sell Mannone
if possible sell Bendtner and Denilson too
that should a) free up sufficient wages to cover new contracts for RVP and Theo b) generate some cash for another striker
on a slight tangent - hasn't Botelho got a work permit yet? I think he's been in Spain for 3 seasons before this one, we could call him back for LB cover...?
