What kind of stupid logic is that based on? When it comes to vitally important games, I, and I know many other Gooners feel the same, that saying we're going to win is jinxing the result, and it's asking for egg to be left on our faces. Just because we won tonight, doesn't mean I'm going to be making predictions all of a sudden.

i couln't agree more. saying we will win won't make it so, just as saying that predictions will jinx the result will do just that.

There are enough things in life to make you piss you off, i'd rather be positive before hand and then get miserable when i've a reason.

each to their own i suppose.

If you feel that predicting results of Arsenal games 'jinxes' the result, then fair enough.

But a lot of people don't feel the same way, so to USE BLOCK CAPS AND SHOUT AT PEOPLE because of it seems slightly unfair.

It forms part of a healthy discussion amongst fans, and there will always be both optimistic and pessimistic fans, so it's hardly going to mean much.
