ea sports sucks so hard it's amazing. any of their games are 50 years behind on graphics quality, you can run fifa 2012 on a copying machine if you want.
also, the football on FIFA12 (or any of the competition like pro evolution/winning eleven) is as similar to real world football as i am similar to dennis bergkamp with a ball on me feet
at least football manager is a decent game, realistic enough for me to have some fun, at least. fifa just gets me frustrated.

Aye, but its canny when it looks like Carroll is passionately kissing Fabianski though marrabrazilianGOONER wrote:ea sports sucks so hard it's amazing. any of their games are 50 years behind on graphics quality, you can run fifa 2012 on a copying machine if you want.![]()

I like PES tbh, never liked FIFA though- bought FIFA 12 and just found it dull but I've had every PES since International Superstar Soccer on the SNES, great series! Used to enjoy Football Manager when me and me mate could start the game, have a team each and get through half a season in a 5 hour block. Nowadays its too tactical and takes about 20 hours just to get through a one player season. Plus I'm shite at it now- enjoyed just picking a formation and keeping it all season, buying a few players, selling a few, going quickly through the season and winning sometimes! This years is the first I havent bought in about 15 years or more

the first footie manager game i ever played was called "PC Fútbol version 2.0", which had only spanish teams in the 1993/1994 season (yes, it's older than olgitgooner!) best players on the game were Romário, Redondo and a certain dutchman at Ajax, which is what made me want to watch him later at Inter (and the Dutch team), and when i realized he was the real deal, it made me start to watch Arsenal matches...
