Well, seeming as we are in the bragging mood, can I remind everyone that when we were asked who we wanted in the knock-out stage, I said Milan.
Despite getting slaughtered by some for claiming that (you know who you are! ), my reasoning was that a) we wouldn't be favourites with the pundits - a position I always favour as we normally play better; b) Milan's old team were over the hill, would be ideal opponents for this young Arsenal side and that we could run the legs off them.
And so it came to pass!!
Up next? I would like either Real Madrid or Barcelona against whom we would raise our game; but not Fenebache - for the same reasons I didn't want PSV last year, i.e. we tend to under-perform when strong favourites!! I would also like to avoid any of the English teams as they would also be difficult games.
