great pic from the talksport web site

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's absolutely not. Yes, they are different however, the principle is exactly the same that someone scored and ran the whole length of the pitch to celebrate in front of the opposition supporters.

I'm not in any way condoning Ade, but to priase Thierry for something most of us would go mental at if Van der Vaart scored against us at the Lane is massively hypocritical.
If you heard TH14 actually "Explain" how and why he came to be at that end of the groound - you would know better...and so - do a little research first bro before 'Judging'.

PLEASE pretty PLEASE, remind me of why?
It's actually an optical illusion. Henry is nowhere the scummy *word censored*, not as near as it appears in that great photo.... and to compare it with the greedy one... well you must be a bit of an Arse...

That was a blinding day, he ran the whole pitch to score and then ran the whole length of the pitch back in order to celebrate in front of the scummers. That made him a Gooner in my eyes. Adebayor? He did it cos we hated the way he kissed the badge and then flirted with anyone that showed an interest.

I do believe that if it weren't for his divorce Henry would've stayed you know?

Cos his Mrs was in one of the Clock End boxes above the Spurs fans, is my recollection.

I'm not saying I don't think Ade is a crunt, but wish Thierry was celebrating this in front of gooners with the Spurs boys in the background.
Was Henry a former Spurs player who left them on bad terms then?

No.

Adebayor is a mercenary *word censored* who started gobbing off once he'd scored 10 goals in a season. He will spend the rest of his shitty career being whored from club to club, making an excellent initial impression before reverting to a lazy greedy prick who doesn't understand the offside rule.

Well said GGD! Remember the fight that Adebayor had with Bendtner? 'I'm only on as you can't score'......

How anyone can compare TH14's actions that day with Greedywhore's at Citeh is beyond me.

Henry was a Gooner. Just scored against the scum - our historic rivals. He was not an ex-scum player trying to wind up his old club's fans.

Greedywhore was an ex Arsenal player and showed no class or respect for his former club.

If Van Der Fart did that? So what? I'd roar some abuse at him but I'd also have a grudging respect that he had the balls to do it tbh.

The point being you expect die hard oppo players to rub your face in it. You don't condone it from ex players.

I was at City that day and have no problem with what Adebayor did. We give him stick, he gives it back. All part of the day.
People should stop whining about it. All part of the game.

TH14 gives various interviews on the DVD "Centurions", on the DVD Thierry Henry Legend also if the DVD's are not available to you, if you go on the Archive's section on Arsenal.com (membership required) there is an interview with the legend himself where he says why, how etcetera! simples  :barscarf:
