The romantic in me wants Barcelona, a chance to avenge 2005, to welcome back Thierry, to witness us to take on Messi and Ronaldinho, to have a wonderful away trip in a beautiful city.
But there is no doubt that for me the best draw in terms of qualifying is Schalke or Fenerbahce. Schalke are a better side, but then again going to Turkey might not be that easy.
The nightmare draw is an English team. I would fancy us against Chelsea, be very nervous against Manchester United. We're better than Liverpool, but then again they seem to come out and play in the Champions League.
Roma - i'm amazed they won in Madrid, but they're a far better side this season. Wouldn't mind facing them either really.
I'm not interested in just qualifying for the semis, I want to win this thing - so lets play Barca now. This is the order of preference for me:
1. Barca
2. Schalke
3. Fenerbahce
4. Roma
5. Chavski
6. Liverpool
7. Manure

I'm convinced we'll get an English team. Whoever it is it means we play them 3 times in less than 3 weeks and if its the scousers, 3 times in a week.
It'd be great if we could beat manure in th PL and CL in a couple of weeks and effectively end their participation but the opposite would be too much to bear.
