Friday night League fixture Question

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I also remember the Chavsea drew nil-nil at Middlesbrough on a Friday night in 1992-93, which I think was the first Friday night Premier League game. Sky were experimenting with Friday nights for top-flight football because the Monday nights had not really taken off. The Old Bill told them that they didn't want it as they didn't like the idea because they thought it would lead to wide-spread drunkenness as blokes would just booze straight from work.
