Tony Adams

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Tony Adams

Great that he made an appearance yesterday. Quite emotional for me, a true Gooner and legend.

Would love for him to be involved more with the club. Next No2 ? I think Pat is retiring.

If wankers like arshavin, walcott, diaby had just 1% of the Passion he STILL has for The Arsenal...they might stand a chance of being half good....

"come on the Arsenal"

Anyone hear him shout that in the tunnel before the game?

We need him back asap, just to keep people on their toes and up the standards.

If anyone is going to be the new assistant it'll be Steve Bould.

Would love to see Adams come back into the club in some area though because he's still a great.

Would still love to see David Dein come back as well to keep Wenger on his toes instead of the current dictatorship at the club.

Adams is still learning though. Anyone know what he's doing now? I know he left that side in Azerbaijan in November.

It won't happen in a million years, Wenger doesn't want someone with passion and a point of view like Adams, when Pat goes it'll be another yes man who takes the position.

If you think Adams has a big love for The Arsenal, then he must of changed his tune since he wrote his autobiography - in that he says he only cared about his personal victories and achievements, and not the club at all.

In fact he's a big West Ham fan.
