Harry Redknapp / Gary Neville

Post by AL5Gooner »

In spirit of the New Year want to get my kickings in early.

Redknapp

I know he manages s***s, but does anyone else think he talks sense? His comments amount the FA cup being special last year, telling Spuds supporters they were a joke (they've obviously been spoiled winning so much -:) for booing the team after their loss to Sunderland caught my attention. Recently I've seen him praising Swansea, saying they played good football. I wish more managers were willing to be as honest (not talking tax here)

Neville

Always disliked him intensely as a player, but have to say, as a Sky pundit think he is quite good. Even has a dry sense of humour!

Somebody is on the piss early today

Redkrapp talking sense ?? Just cos he praises swansea ? Wenger praised qpr on sat and over the years ferguscum has been a master at praising the opposition when manure beat them cos, in my opinion, he believes it will boost their confidence when they play ferguscum's rivals  Wenger too had a veiled dig at our fans a few years ago when he trotted out the line about "hard to eat sausages when used to caviar" in response to fans frustrations - mind you I am expecting to hear something along the lines of it being hard to eat tripe when you are used to eating sausages any day now

Gary neville is a wanker pure and simple. He is as dull as shit and states the bleeding obvious most of the time  Souness is in my opinion the best pundit on telly by a country mile 8)

100% agree. There are very few pundits worth listening to in any sport but Souness stands out a mile, especially as half the time he's sat next to that odious, perma-tan Wilkins ("yes, he's a smashing young man too") and surely the biggest fucking dope of the lot, Ruud "sexy football" Gullit

Souness is up there with John Mac in the tennis, and Nasser in the cricket - good, honest punditry without sinking to the depths of the average Daily Star reader in the way that Merson goes about it.

Gary Neville's not too bad to be honest - it was quite amusing that he got the Chavs manchild manager all bent up about the reference to Luiz being controlled by a 10 year old with a Playstation :D

I like Harry and Garry Nev is a good pundit.

I rate Souness as a pundit and enjoy Ramond Wilkins & Ruud Gullit

I'm watching the darts after that disappointing result.

Djourou has been a disaster waiting to happen

so we won one game over xmas - when Arshavin played

where was he tonight??

also how long is Vermaelen out for ? - we have no chance without him

Don't know about Harry's sensible speak but what I do know is that he's 10 times the manager Wenger is.

didnt Gervinho score in the Wolves game though? that surely makes him a bit better than Arshavin, who only made a nice pass only after a howler by QPR. you convieniently miss out that Arshavin was utter shite for the rest of the game before and after the goal, and for his sub appearance in the Wolves game.

Also, Red - Denilson would have made all the difference if he'd been here too don't you agree? :D

And isn't it now time to bring back goal machine Vela too

Still WUMing after a pathetic defeat....I love it
