Hes angling to put the blame elsewhere when we win fuck all again and dont finish in the top 4.
Hopefully hes paving the way for an exit + big payoff.
On this occasion ARSENE KNOWS exactly what hes doing.
Every cloud..................
Why would he deliberately sabotage himself and go from being one of our best ever managers to being someone who is going to be ridiculed.
Well said there is a problem with the board would this be happening if David Dein was still about....

And yet we're told that we have a 'big squad' and that we don't need any permanent signings. Amazing. The guy is now too long in the job to see the wood from the treesrodders999 wrote:I feel so sorry for RVP. He is totally burnt out but with options like Parkand the Moroccan she-male he has to play every minute of every game. Shit squad, no hope.
Again the first half started well, midfield were on top, knocking the ball around easily and the goal was scored.
Then the chances, all missed. Massive problem with being clinical infront of goal. With the obvious exception of RVP, if Arsenal had taken most of the easy chances over the past number of games then everyone would be singing Wengers praises and Arsenal could be looking at 3rd place and near to second now.
But no, finishing in the final third has been terrible and cost the team big time tonight.
Second half, team just sat back and let Fulham come onto them, but before the sending off, Fulham didn't created a whole lot for the possesion they had and I thought Arsenal would hang on but the sending off changed everything.
The fight that was around in previous games just disappeared in the second half and the second goal for Fulham was coming. Pity Shez fucked up for the equalizer but the defending for the winner wasn't great, really poor header from Squillaci, you don't head across goal.
A massive loss considering what happened over the weekend, really could have made up some ground especially with Pool and Man City playing tomorrow night.
Big game now against Leeds, really only trophy that's winnable left and maybe Thierry can bring some of his clinical finishing to the games.

I am just so fucking bored of the same shit performances, the same shit from a manager that looks finished mentally, physically and professionally. If these problems that he talks about are constant, then why the fuck is he not doing something about it? If he is, then he isn't doing enough. Could we now be at the stage where the board and manager aren't talking or are we looking at a situation where Wenger knows something about the board's dealings but has been told to toe the line, keep his job and big salary? I'm not getting all conspiracy theory here, but could the huge salary be a reward for putting up with shit from above or are the board saying we pay you a massive wage so get on with it and are now starting to put a bit of pressure on him, which Mr. Precious doesn't like?

That's exactly what he meant, and the reason he didn't elaborate further is because he knew the FA would charge him.Wengerball wrote:I think folks are reading a bit much into the "constant problem" quote by AW- My interpretation of it was that the constant problem he was talking about was the fact that we dont get enough decisions from referees.

bang on - thats it quite simply...Wengerball wrote:I think folks are reading a bit much into the "constant problem" quote by AW- My interpretation of it was that the constant problem he was talking about was the fact that we dont get enough decisions from referees.
but as others have said he aint looking at the deeper problem - the likes of squillaci, djourou, Merteseker are not good enough for our squad!
we do have class defenders in Sagna, Vermaelen and Kos is coming on good. But Santos? (he needs more time), Gibbs has yet to deliver IMO (so also needs more time when back) & i really don't think Jenkinson will ever shape up to the level we need (though would love him to prove me wrong).
So that's 2 of quality, 1 getting there, 3 to ship out - quickly and replace with quality and 3 to give more time to.
But will he get us a defender or 2 in this window and ship out 2 of the 3? will he hell - he thinks we'll all be happy with our ol mate TH coming back to help us sing some fkn songs1
I love TH - but this is the same ploy they used last yr with Lehman and year before with Sol - are we that fkn fickle? i aint are you?
Wel if you were watching today, you'd have seen our very own two planks - one on either wing. Chamakh's movement has resembled that of an oak tree lately as wellbrazilianGOONER wrote:well to be honest i don't see wood or trees on a football pitch either mateSteveO 35 wrote:And yet we're told that we have a 'big squad' and that we don't need any permanent signings. Stop the fucking excuses about penalties and the sending off.We were battered in the 2nd half.Fulham deserved to win
Gervinho and Walcott were shocking its hard to say who was worst.yes we did pay £13m for Gervinho
.Walcott has been 6 years at the club 6 fucking years and still hasnt learned how to cross a ball.give the Ox a chance he cant do worse than these clowns
We were totally overun in midfield. All Song did was commit fouls
And just when we thought we would never see Squillaci again Wenger has a late christmas present for us he brings him on and plays him RB.Thats why Wenger is coach of the decade

No way do I want to see the Ex-scum big eared tosser's grin and the ex-dippers players enjoying our defeat.
Time to watch a DVD tonight then
