Wenger Out Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Does anyone own a plane?

:D

Although given the understandable reluctance to display it inside the stadium (over-zealous stewards, AKB's, possible violence or even a ban) perhaps that might ultimately be the best way to do it? :hmmthink: :rubchin:
Really dont see violence happening.
Bit of verbal yes but violence no. It wont be up for very long anyway IMO

Its easy to say the banner needs to be shown , but not many people would actually help with it.

Many of us were supporting the banner but many were also against. Serious threats were made about this banner by some serious people. Strong numbers are needed to back the banner and the timeing wasn’t right.

Unlike BSM when they got death threats regarding the protests last season the banner didn’t have enough people behind it. Quite allot has happened behind closed doors with regards to this banner.

As Mikey says threats have been made by people who fully intend these threats. Numbers are needed for when we do it.

And IHH the club do legally have to hand it back; I can see them pretending to lose it though... If the banner is confiscated it will be made clear that a particular steward involved will be held responsible and legal action would be brought against them personally and the Club.

Talk is cheap.
Same as on here there are those who want Wenger out but wouldnt help with the banner. There are those AKB's who have issued threats who wouldn't follow through.
Fuck em.

More excuses...

either show the banner or shut up

maybe this is how Wenger operates in the transfer market - "should I buy this week or should I wait until next week" :D

no I am not backing the banner but think 83 pages to discuss showing it is a bit pathetic.

I will be looking out for it next Monday but I think there is probably more chance of me hearing "there's only one Arsene Wenger"

why do you come to this thread then?

you think like the majority of people that frequent the emirates, we are talking about something that unfortunately is still minority, so it's not simple like that - going out and displaying something that'll obviously cause some repercussion.

if you find it pathetic, like everyone here finds most of your posts, then don't bother reading this thread anymore. simple. just fuck the fuck off.

btw, we had a similar number of pages for the joe cole thread, so it means shit. the only important thread in this forum is corkbarry's gif thread :barscarf:

As armchair said, there are AKBs whose threats are empty. Some however fully mean what they say...

this is probably a dumb question, but wouldn't it just be easier to vocally target the overpaid dross - diaby, song, arshavin, bendtner, rosicky, walnut etc when their names are announced ?

or have banners saying "Arsene, clear 'em out " & "what a waste or money" with the their Squad numbers on it ?

I'm pretty sure the club stewards could do nothing about it, and many if not most of the AKB's would support it.

be like water man, take the path of least resistance :teeth:

just a thought ...........
