No International flags at Arsenal?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No International flags at Arsenal?

Post by Cesc is God »

... NO!

Anyone else see the Villa fans bring the England flag in last weekend?

Why are the AFC Stewards so inconsistent?

Didn't hear anything about that?

That fact that I see NO flags at the moment makes this rule still look in place.

Wouldnt have anything to do with flags hung over the edge covering sponsors and advertisers who throw buckets of millions into having their name displayed in the stadium, by any chance?

Personally if i spent feck knows how many hundreds of thousands on an ad around the ground, i wouldnt be too happy to see it covered by a "Rossie Gooner" tricolour !!! - as much as i love the rossies, gooners and tricolours.....

dont people come to arsenal to watch decent football instead of arguing about religion and bollocks like that? :?

then again:

@ arsenal with so many tossers which leave early and constantly scoff their faces then is it any surprise?
