If mancini had not tightened the game up at half time then they wouldn't have got a single foothold in the game and it would have got embarrassing. Unlike Wenger, mancini understands that attacking and scoring goals comes from being stable defensively.

it was a controlled tackle, low studs and the follow through was safe. I don't remember there being a rule against all two footed challenges ....

Rooney effectively asking for red, by singalling to the ref 'two feet'...no problem with that eh?

At 2-2 with 10 odd minutes to go he brought off Nasri (who was poor), and Hargreaves came on. At that point City were looking strong so it didn't seem a positive substitution, as Hargreaves isnt going to bring much of an attacking threat.
Dont mean to be picky but it was never 2-2 in this match 3-2
