I didn't want us to score a second after that. It was perfect just the way it was.

hasn't lost he's scoring ability and he's experience, movement and understanding of the game is is still great

love to see him replace Wenger, so passionate about the game and Arsenal FC and a high profile legend who could get other world class players to sign for the club

Wow. I was against this move but even I loved watching TH score. Beautiful. It also says a lot about this shower that a knackered, out of shape 34 year old from the MLS has exposed the lack of quality in this club.
Chamakh is getting an absolute kicking on ESPN by Keown and Savage. LOL
And where was Park? Suppose we still can't judge him yet

Well done Thierry. Perhaps we should sign more MLS players to expose some of these...

Arshavin did put in a good shift - shame he needed to take an extra touch on that late chance. But credit to him for trying the whole game.

That was probably chanmakhs last game for us I reckon.

Good to see Ox start, he did okay in the build up play.

Arteta was class again - Ramsay was lazy again, still trying to score the glory goals again. I'm 100% convinced that he's on the pop now.

Song again picked out a couple of good passes, but Arteta carried him again. Arteta was class again.

Overall not bad, but not great.

Thierry Henry: 12th Goal in his last 12 games against Leeds United. Wearing No. 12. In 2012.

Must be just me who is a little underwhelmed then. Yep we won but Chamberlains substitution would have had me spitting had I been there. The irony in a former player coming back for 2 months doing more than Chamakh in 12 months isn't lost on me. I'm glad you are all happy but I can see things are very wrong as fans and manager will see this as the way forward.

When he scored you just couldnt help but smile......it was inevitable really wasnt it ?

The match went much the way most of us expected in that we were the better of two dire teams

For me arteta was outstanding and motm by a country mile 8)
Arshavin had pretty much a mixed bag.......looked lively, worked his nuts off and really tried to take the game to them but too often his finishing was way off the mark.
Unlike some I thought that ox did ok.....nothing more nothing less. He flitted in and out of the game but did look threatening on occasions and I love the confidence in the kid 8)
Sad to see coq get injurede as he is a player that I feel could be a good un 8) Saying that the young kid that came on for him did very well bar one mistake

Songs use of the ball tonight was absolutely shocking at times (nothing new there then  ). Chamakh worked hard at times but doesnt look anywhere near good enough and needs to be moved on asap even on a freebie if necessary

Anyway tonight is obviously about henry - looked quite unfit, lucky not to get a card for a stupid kick at one of their players but a sublime typical henry in his pomp finish wins the game for The Arsenal :barscarf: :barscarf:

Thats how fukin bad he usually is when the useless, lazy, fat bastard like Arseshavin gets credit for "trying the whole game".
I wish the wee fucker would fuck off this window.

Henry & Bergkamp perhaps? Dennis is being fast-tracked at Ajax.
Had my lucky pants on tonight. Got to put them in the washing now......thanks, Thierry
