As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

This will surprise you too.Gooners dont like Cashley and Greedybayor as well
As i said i'm not the biggest fan of the half a season wonder and I also find his hillarious that he is warming the bench at Citeh but comparing his situation with that of Cashley and Greedy will be unfair.
He had a year left on his contract and it was well within right for him to not extend it. Sure money must have been a motivation but its not like he went to play for Anzhi or LA Galaxy for megabucks, he went to a better team with better players who are now at the top of the league. Yes he said that the Citeh fans were more passionate than Gooners but he has also said some decent stuff about the club.
I think it was due to how he did it. He obviously lead the club on a bit, then kicked us in the teeth when we really needed him to stay when Cesc was going. Plus he talked up signing for United.
Also, his embarassing attack on Arsenal fans when he wen to City. Lets remember the great reception he got against Liverpool. Plus fuck it, if you aren't Arsenal you can fuck off.
He was walking around at club level after the game as if he still played for us. The cheek of it.
I took great pleasure singing the song to him to his face. Others around me looked shocked.
Would he have got away with this act of arrogance at other clubs?
Perhaps all the fans who chanted his name and cheered him against Liverpool at the beginning of the season should hang their heads in shame, it was obvious he was going and there was a great opportunity to give him both barrels which was missed.

I hate nasri as much as everyone else but while a player is wearing an Arsenal shirt and on the pitch for the team I can only support them.
For example, we all knew Chamakh was never going to score last night but those shouting '*word censored*' every time he touched the ball were doing him no favors.

Those fans shouting c**t to Chamakh are a discrace. They should be shouting fucking useless *word censored*

if ever he was to say sorry (and isnt that a gd move or sort of sorry) to revisit as a fan? even if of TH14 (now TH12) sad bxxstxs imo who shouted stuff at nasri last night - when not even on the pitch! so wld they do it if they saw him in the street while with their sons? well if they wld thats bordering on an offence?
No one said a dickie when he was walking down Benwell Road with us last night.
Says he doesn't "like the football" up there and talked about coming back "after winning a title". He had come to see "my 'ero". We left the boy in no doubt as to his error in moving from somewhere he "belonged" but he took it all in good humour and actually came across as a very humble, likeable, approachable (if badly advised) kid.

Absolutely correct frank and I can never go along with this bollox about not giving stick to a player as long as they are wearing our shirt - if they try hard for the team then no matter how bad they play I will never give them stick but when they start whoring themselves about to other clubs (cashly, greedy and lesbo) and stop working for the team then they deserve all the abuse they get imo

Dontchya just hate it when that happens?
Or maybe the fact that Mancini won't put up with many more inept lazy performances from the little *word censored*, could have something to do with it.
He will no doubt take the same road as Greedywhore, and be loaned around europe like the little footballing prostitute he is.
I'm sure Harry will give him a chance

i was wondering if he wanted to come back on loan, when I saw him up there - would he be better than Rosicky or Arshavin.
i'm undecided.
it's a brave move for him to come back to the ground - or stupid.

I think it shows just how out of touch with the fans he is.
