SWANSEA AWAY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If Ramsey has another shitter today I am fucking done with him. Most over rated player.

Well at least all the haters have got their way. Lets see how we get on without him and watch the master that is Alex Song control the game from the deep position in the way that Arteta does
+1.

Arteta is one of the most underrated players in the Premier League.
Certain people on here have been very disrespectful towards him. Well now is the time to see how "people's champion" Ramsey, Song and Benayoun cope without him

Hopefully we'll be fine, as Arteta is apparently no better than Denilson :banghead:

Reckon Ramseys gonna have to be very disciplined today in the absence of Arteta and play a more defensive role alongside Song. No fancy back-heel shit.
Cant see Benny doing that job so our midfield could get over-run if we're not careful.

Must say I really don't rate Ramsey, he loses the ball too much, never bloody shoots and slows down play.

I also think being a Cardiff lad and having played for them he will get dog's abuse today and he will struggle with it

Benayoun is going to have be prepared to work like a trojan in midfield. Haven't seen another PL team retain the ball as well as Swansea did at our place at the start of the season, and Arteta is normally our hardest working player.
