Makes for depressing viewing, I reckon it will end with elimination from both the fa cup and clge, whilst only picking up 3 league points, could see us drop into bottom half of the table.

And yet those that still believe in the project, believe that this period will see the collapse of the Spuds challenge whilst we stride onwards and close the gap.

It doesn't matter who we face away from home, they have a chance of beating us. Blackburn and Swansea have scored seven between them against us. Fulham have taken 4 points off us. The only away game where I thought we looked comfortable was against Wigan

I don't expect us to win any of the 3 away league games you've listed - Bolton will put up a fight at home against us as they always do, Sunderland are rejuvenated under O'Neill, and Everton will grind us into submission

If we win any more away games this season I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I do actually expect to hear that we've "turned the corner" in the next fortnight though, as I have a suspicion that we can beat the Mancs (don't ask me why, there's no logic) and edge past Villa in the Cup. Then comes Bolton away for another Mertesacker masterclass

I believe finishing 6th in 'special circumstances' is as good as 4th in a normal year! 8)

I just can't wait for the season to end and the fallout to begin. This is where we see if the board truly do have any ambition and bollocks!!

Was saying to a mate yesterday that I'm glad I'm going to Milan, it'll be our last CL away day in a while :(

There won't be any fall out though and that's the issue. The club made a sizeable profit from the last window. The STs will renew in full giving the club the vast majority of their cash for the next 12 months in advance. The loss of income from the CL will be replaced by the £30m odd we make from selling RvP. Kroenke still happy = Gazidis still happy = Wenger still boss = no fallout whatsoever

Surely there will be some kind of reaction from the fans this time round, I'm still hoping for a properly organised protest, as that's the only thing will get me off my arse to a game.
