Away support yesterday...

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I thought it was very quiet, it was cold, but surely singing would warm you up?

Lads around me very anti wenger, they had about 3 brain cells between them, but I really couldn't argue with a lot of what they said. Sad really.

On the bright (ish) side, really smooth journey there and back and the Swansea fans were pretty sound walking too and from the ground.

One guy in front of me was reading a book, one was using his iPad and another with a bum bag on spent the whole game taking photos of the Swansea fans. :banghead:

Pretty crappy day all round really.
i heard rumours on twitter that there were some anti-wenger chants from the away support, is it true?
Certainly a lot of anti-Wenger sentiments being expressed near me.

Not the best away support either, but Swansea were loud, and the way the game went after the first 15minutes got their support going/didn't help get the away fans up for it!

from where i was standing, we seemed to be very quiet for most of the game - i'll put this one down to the cold weather

As this sold out at so many points I would have thought the fans would have been some of the more loyal. I thought it was 20+ when this game sold out.

The singing was patchy. They were good with that fucking drum. Every time we got back in the game we fucked it up. Most of our effort was on slagging the team and tutting at the shitness.

This is a shame to hear.

Normally our away support is excellent.
