He'd be lost without an owner telling him what to do
. It's no conincidence he's gone from AC Milan, to Cska West London to PSG.....and that he wants to be in London where there are plenty of clubs for people like him. 8)

Right now I would kill to have an owner that would tell wenger what to do and where to go
Youre right augie. When Kroenke bought Arsenal Wenger went on record to give Stan his backing, what a fucked up world at Arsenal PLC

I would be keen on Ancelotti.

I hope this is his way of saying "I am at PSG, but no idea how long I will last here with these new and probably very demanding owners, so please consider me when Arsene leaves".

Last time we got a bloke who won the double in his first full season........look where it ended up all these years later :D :D :D

A Champions League winner? Not for me thanks. I'd rather have someone on £6m a year, keeping us in the hunt for the Europa League places playing a mythical brand of attractive football and who only signs 'super quality'

So Ancelotti's Interview.

IG: "Any questions, Carlo?"
CA: "Yes Ivan, 1 or 2. Firstly I have identified 3-4 players who will help us get back into the Champions League"
IG: "Ahh good, we like a man who is prepared. What estimate do you have on the cost?"
CA: "I was thinking around £100 million"
IG: "Ahh well what could you do with £50 million as this would be your first year budget"
CA: "Hmmm, I think we could get in a position to challenge the top 3 for sure. That is as long as we tie up Van Persie for another 4 years as well"
IG: "I see...you want the Van Persie fella as well?"
CA: "Yes, I cannot see the problem, he clearly loves the club"
IG: "Ok, I will get to work on that straightaway. So that's a little over £29 million of your budget gone. I am impressed you think you can bring in 4 players of the required standard for £20 million. Arsene has promised this before and look where that got us..."
CA: "I am not sure why my budget has reduced Ivan? Please explain this to me?"
IG:"Well we have to pay our players a salary from any budget the board is able to set, the property business is not performing that well at the moment and we need to build something to give Peter something to do."
CA: "I am not used to this arrangement, do you not have some crooked politician to wipe out all the bills every year???"
IG:"Well we turned his sort down in favour of Uncle Sam, so that option is not available. By the way, can I just check your mobile telephone no. ...Carlo?...Carlo?...Where are you?"

A bit overly cynical, but part of me wonders if this is clever media manipulation on Ancelotti's part? Imagine if PSG - admittedly a bit experimental right now - doesn't do well. He gets sacked, like with Chelsea. In a year or two, who are the two richest EPL teams likely to be looking for new owners? Sp*rs and Arsenal. 'Arry is always linked with England, and Wenger is both not succeeding on the pitch and getting older physically (hasn't he said he doesn't want to manage beyond 2014?)

It just seems a very particular and strange thing to say, especially heading into a new job. But again, maybe I'm making too much of just an honest opinion.

Either way, definitely would take Ancelotti.

Dickwads - let's be a tad careful what we post on this one. Yes I know it's all insinuation and it's in fucking jest (before some spacker starts whining like a freshly fucked prison gimp) but if some of you remember the last time we posted in jest about murder we were shut down...

As the German voyeur said; "I vill be vatching!" :eh:
