Wenger Out Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Could you not just wrap the banner around your chest before you get dressed? They're unlikely to strip search you- bring a bag (with some water or some such innocent looking thing in it), go to the toilet, take top off, unwrap banner, put banner in bag, surprise them at the end of the game by quickly displaying banner when they dont expect it? Probably wouldnt work like.
this! back in the mid 90's when i'd regularly watch my local club here in brazil my mates would take fireworks without being noticed, and this is a country where people will stare at you if you're wearing anything more than shorts and a short sleeved shirt... you can go to the game wearing a big jacket for christ sake, just wrap the banner around yourself, wait for the end of the match and... voila...

obviously make sure some people are filming and photographing it from different places, to make sure that the stewards removing the banner is well documented. we could make something out of that later! i'm friends with a brazilian journalist that works for ESPN, i could give him a shout to be there and capture it too - he's a die hard gooner, and wants wenger out too, i'm sure he'd like to help.

fucking hell, i'd give an arm and a leg to be there and help you with this, nick. :(

i wouldn't be able to run from the akb if that was the case though

We could cut your arm and leg off, then us the banner as a tourniquet, both ensuring positive media coverage and saving your life? In that order.

I actually think that if a post match protest is organised (and leaked to the media) this would have the biggest impact .

Unveil the banner and hold it in front of a (hopefully) ' baying crowd in a prearranged prominent position outside the ground (following the upcoming 1.00 o clock kick off may be an ideal time).

PM as many as possible and indeed post boldly on the thread. Surely it can't be confiscated outside the ground.

If leaked enough in advance there should be plenty of media coverage and hopefully SSN would be around to cover it.

If it followed a defeat to the Spuds it may even generate quite a bit of support/interest but don't bank on it.
