Adidas Kits

Adidas Kits

Post by pingu »

With the news Adidas have dumped liverpool they are bound to be on the lookout for a new team. I would expect/hope Adidas to go hard at getting us back their books. Our contracts dont run out until I think 2013/2014? so this can surely be negotiated for 2012/2013 seasons?

Could be a return to some of these beauties from the late 80's early 90's

Adidas kits are by far the best kits around but didnt they drop liverpool because they didnt live up to expectations? What would they make of us :?

Plus they would re release the retro originals tracksuit tops and all. Love originals stuff.

I would love if we changed to Adidas, anyone know how long left on the Nike deal? Didn't we sign away our soul to them for cah up front for the space bowl?

it's not the only case, i think. i remember adidas doing kits for some shite teams here in brazil - they're worried about who sells more shirts, not who'll win more titles with it. and like it or not, arsenal is a reasonably good "brand", full of stupid brazilians who travel to london and spend what they'll earn for the next 6 months in the armoury

i also think adidas does the greatest kits and would be extremely happy of we dumped those fuckers at nikey who do nothing but destroy our shirts - the last few away shirts (bar the 89 commemorative) have been appallingly horrible.

Even the commemorative 89 shirts were the wrong hue of yellow and almost orange in comparison to the real 89 shirt

Knowing our negotiating skills, we'd end up having to buy the kit off Adidas like some Sunday pub league team.

3 weeks later half the team would be wearing mix & match socks.
