Last night I was really pleased that Dalglish came out and said if the Liverpool players think that was acceptable they wont be here long.
In one sentence the man let the players know who was in charge and what was expected.
When I look at Arsenal now I see a team that is not expected to win anything. Lets get one thing straight the only reason we climbed up the league was Vermaelan and most of all Van Persie.
Outside of Arsenal you see the disaster that Torres has been for Chelsea. They cant sell him because nobody will buy him. So in one move they lost 50 Million and whatever his weekly wage.
Abramovich money just didnt buy the success he expected.
Arsenal and Wenger are guilty of keeping poor players and never getting angry about the poor performance.
I mean Arshavin was such a waste of money but we all fell for that one.
If you look at other clubs who spend loads of money these days more players fail than actually bring success.
So just spending loads of cash wont do it. Being honest about the squad you have and getting rid of players who under perform will send out a much clearer message. We will lose today and we will all be fed up again but this is here to stay. While Chelsea still have Abram and City have their man we will never be at the top again.
How would it of been under Usmanov ? We will never know.

The amalgamation of facts as we are believed to not be in possession of, has caused many many rumours to be started, alas, not all the rumours are truly rumours, but more the figment of under achieving and over ripe imaginations of the like that we thankfully so rarely see.
unfortunately, and of course there are are additional negatives to such scenario's is that when such rumours begin to circulate , it tends to be the lesser well meant that often gather momentum, having said that however, I can quite easily see why some would take a particular stance about subjects they feel so very strongly about, and so in conclusion I would suggest, invite and even welcome a change in proceedings in order that further discussion might be had and so the collective mind , heart and opinion be affected to some greater and better degree, but only if all contributing have an equal say, this I am lead to believe is the corner stone of democracy, something that was initially used as a means of 'life order' by a number of the Native American Peoples, long before the white man arrived on their land and brought all kinds of disease and disharmony, therefore let the spirit of the age be something we are both aware and conscious of, but are willing to dispense with should it be seen to be failing.
