Certainly looks bad for old wheeler dealer arry at the minute. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much though. We have to remember that so far we are only hearing the case for the prosecution.
I'm sure his defence team will have come up with a feasible explanation for his oversights.
I do so hope I'm wrong though.
