HOW WOULD YOU DO BETTER THAN WENGER?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

there should be a wage cap in all football but until then....a team win bonus yes....that would encourage the players who want to earn more to get on the backs of the lazy slack tossers and weed them out...goal bonus no, that encourages goal greedy *word censored* playing for themselves

1-Goal & clean sheet bonus for the team

2-stop playing players out of position

3-Buy players who can fit into my formation

4-shape up or ship out warning to ALL players

5-make the players walk into the stadium past the supporters

6-no cars worth more than 30k to be used by players while on Arsenal duty(to and from training etc)

7-Defencive training for ALL players

8-Set peice training

9-Shooting practice for ALL players

10-full assesment of medical, training and scouting

11-players to clap fans at start of game from centre circle and again at end of game(near away support away from home)

12 find ways of making the ground full/nearly full 10 mins before KO to improve attmosphere before the match for my players.

13 change backroom staff from yes men to men(or women) who would tell me if I am wrong.....ok i might not listen but....

They can't jog as they are chained to their sewing stations 24/7.

Burberry indeed !

Oh one last thing our kit is red and white at home yellow and blue away and the old crest comes back with immediate effect !
