Just looking back at that TV5 goal. Thank God he was there, because otherwise it would have fallen to Gervinho, and he'd just as likely put it in his own net from there as put it in Newcastle's.

Phew!! We as usual made heavy weather of that but i put that down to Newcastles dogged display or Time-wasting niggly performance more like,It makes a nice change were finding form at this stage of the season again,And just to say well done to the fans there tonight, I might have to take in more Home games in the future as the place seems to be rocking recently hope it continues in that vain results help i suppose but great passion shown nonetheless.

Did you hear the post match interview with tv5 and feo where feo said that he seen tv5 running into the box ? FFS there was about 8 players between them and there was no way he could have seen him

He did well...still got that obsession with hitting the corner flag with his shots though.

I didn't mate, but it doesn't surprise me. I don't think Feo was as good as everyone says tonight. He's such a frustrating player - for example, he scored two goals against S*urs, but stunk the place out. As for tonight, he got two assists but wasn't very good either (although not as bad as against that lot).

Ah, I dunno. Shouldn't complain - he just winds me up a lot!

Come on you Gunners! 8) :barscarf:

c'mon mate lol... good result but feo walnutt to say that is faaaacking hilarious....he was better than usual but his normal crossing technique is don't look just kick and hope for miracles...the ox did not get enough of the ball working alongside gibbs the lightweight...tf for rvp and his worldclass finishing and energy without that we would be err...in a not good place

I thought Sagna and Theo linked up well, Gibbs and Ox were virtually non existant in the first half,

my only concerns is the back up players are still not good enough, was getting really nervous when TV5 got injured and had this fear of Djourou coming on and Ba and Amoebi giving him a roasting, also same upfront no RVP or OX and we have Gervinho and Chamakh

also i know he has come back from injury, but for some reason Gibbs also makes me bite my nails, He seems ok going forwardm, but he's defensively qualities are lacking for all too see

I think they said after the match that almost 70% of our attacks went down our right hand side tonight which might explain why the ox wasn't in the game as much as usual.
As regards my criticisms of feo tonight, I did say at ht that he had knocked in some good crosses but mixed that in with some woeful ball control at times. Are we saying he done well by his standards or did well by anybody's standards ? Do we think that had the ox been playing right wing with the same supply line he wouldn't have done any better or, maybe wouldn't even have done as well as feo did ? For what it is worth I thought that feo did better tonight than he has done for a while but I also feel that the ox would probably have produced more given the same possession
