QPR match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

An early goal though always a good thing will be vital in the games against QPR, Wolves and Wigan. We need to off the blocks quickly and put them under pressure from the very start hussling and pressing them in their own half. The more time passes with the score as 0-0, the more difficult it will be to break them down as they will get more determined with each passing minute.

Big game, as City is next up so you want to go into that game with a bit of a buffer from S***s. QPR look woeful, team should be buzzing. 4 nil to the Arsenal

bit gutted to be missing this one, a long time since I've been to Loftus Rd
for me the Cisse/Zamora partnership was a real threat - makes fullbacks sit more when we face a real front two
and Cisse is an excellent finisher, what a muppet getting himself banned again

play like we have been and we should win
(I did the BBC predictor Sat morning - had Chavski - Sperz draw + us to beat Villa then QPR and still to come 3rd...)

will be here for this, first match at Loftus Road since the cup run in '01, I think we won 6-0. The price is a joke though, hopefully that won't dampen the spirits of the travelling gooners :barscarf:

5-1, has anyone else noticed quite how shit QPR are defensively? Ferdinand Connolly and hill are Sunday league standard compared to most of the Prem.

That is assuming we take our chances. If we don't, could be one of those days and A 1-1 draw.

5-1, 4-0, 4-1!

some people it seems are getting some what carried away

and to think I am the one that usually gets called a WUM :D

I will be more than happy to take a scrappy 1-0 or 2-1 win from this one.

Our recent run of form has got us out of the shit but with sp*rs 3 points behind and chelsea only 8 we are 2 losses away from disaster again, the garden is not rosy yet :)
