There were only two choices for me - Koscielny and Szezcny - they have played nearly all the games and more often than not have performed very well. Some of the others there have done well in patches but haven't played well enough regularly to be considered.

Koscielny edges it though. Very happy to be proved wrong about old "Ligue Deux" :D

Went for the Polish Nutter, What is it with Polish Keepers him and Boruc, Anyhow sorted things out between the sticks for us at last through the utter mire that was Almunia,Fabianski and also one of the few players who actually supports and has pride in wearing the colours of the Club all be it a Green Jersey, :D

Chesney is only popular because he is better than the alternatives.
he was useless on Saturday once more. just after I had started to think he was improving :banghead:

Red, there is still time to bring back Almunia to keep him on his toes mate.

Kos got my vote! He has been one of the hardest working players out there this season. Even in the loss to QPR you could always see him hustling out there. If the rest of the players always gave the 150% Kos does, we'd have a more consistent team.

I voted Kos, purely because I can't really remember him putting a foot wrong this season. When Shezza or Vermaelan are at the top of their game I'd probably prefer them, but consistency wise I think Kos has been better than either this season.

So we are still stuck on one vote for Song, and one for Walcott....

....at least that proves that Red Member can cast a vote under two different user profiles :D

Nope the own goals at Blackburn and Liverpool were nothing to do with him! Both of those were preventable own goals and he flapped under pressure

Don't get me wrong mate, he's played well this season and is without a shadow of doubt the most improved player in the team but to hold him up as the model of consistency ahead of the two you mention is stretching it a bit far
