FAVORITE ARSENAL PUB AND WHY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No but The George, nearby, is a charming little place. Delightful ambiance, decor, crisps and everything.

On a dry warm day The Tollington as it's nice to stand outside and see the fans pour by, also David Dein always walks by every game! Good service and good place to watch games beforehand.

On a nice day (so probably not today), the Che gets my vote as there is always a good selection of South American beauties behind the bar. It's the only pub in the area where you complain if you get served too quickly. Not big enough inside though, hence the requirement for the weather to be good so you can spill onto the street.

Probably the closest pub to the ground as well.

I would say the Gunners is my favourite.

Full of history. Great beer garden. The only downside is the dodgy characters who get in there sometimes.....

Only been to the Gunners and the ARsenal Tavern, out of the 2 I'd always go for the Gunners.

And I've seen the away boyz there

Woodbine is okay but you need to get there early enough, otherwise good luck.

Me and my Dad discovered The Rocket this season, great atmosphere and plenty of space to sit back and relax in before and after a game. :barscarf:

The Bailey when I'm allowed

A big group off us off here all drink in there most matchdays.

Rocket's OK, I guess, but I don't really like it.

Gunners was good until they started having the Away Boyz every game.

Wig and Gown's not bad.

They all seem pretty good on days like yesterday ! Was in the Woodbine after the game yesterday and was a good atmosphere.

Still think the Bank on a hot day takes some beating
